Add an event

Name it, for example "Philly Chamber Mixer". Cardzy creates a QR code and a link just for that event.

Put it on the badge, the table sign or the flyer for that event only.

How do I track which event a contact came from?

Create an event in Cardzy Pro. It gets its own QR code and link. Anyone who views, saves or shares through that code is counted for that event.

Can I use Cardzy as a CRM?

Cardzy is a simple contact list for people you meet. Each person comes with their note and event, you can mark them New, Contacted or Customer, and you can export to CSV. It is not a full sales CRM.

What do people have to do to be added to my list?

They tick a consent box and share their name and email on your card. Nobody is added without doing that.

Do I get notified when someone shares their details?

Yes. You get an email with their name, contact details, note and the event they came from.

Can I export my contacts?

Yes. Download your list as a CSV file, filtered by event or search if you want.

How much does event tracking cost?

Events, contact tracking and the contact list are part of Cardzy Pro, which is $5 a month. Your card, QR code and contact saving stay free.
